Catholic Web Design

Designing beautiful, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, multi-purpose, custom parish and family websites. We offer professional photography and videography, custom graphics, and more. We'll even train your staff to manage the new website.

"We have more life in the parish than we've had in years, but our website hasn't kept up. It still looks like a tired old template and is still as clunky as ever to use."

We're growing. Money isn't as tight as it used to be. We're building. Yet, every day, our website pleads, "HELP ME." Now we're done with DIY and low-cost websites from the big agencies. And we're not impressed with the web designs the big agencies are offering us today. We want to modernize. We want Catholic beauty. We want a website that is as user-friendly as Amazon's.

We're Catholic parishes and families of parishes shopping for alternatives to the big agencies and DIY websites. Can you help?

Yes, we can help you!

Our custom services go beyond what the agencies offer.

Services to Make Your Site Lovable

Instantly show the best each parish has to offer on its homepage with stunning photography and videography by Stefan Ludwig.

Although we would love to visit you, we know that it might not be in your budget. And so if you are not near Buffalo, New York, you have the option of using your own professional photographer and sending us the images and videos.

We'll make a list of exactly what subjects of images and videos we need.

We make custom graphics from the art and architecture in your church. Your website looks more like you and looks more distinctively Catholic.

As a former survey statistician at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Sandra likes to begin projects by getting input from parishioners using a brief survey. The survey is online and paper-and-pencil for maximum input. Questions include:

  • How often do you use the parish website?
  • Give up to 3 phrases that describe what you regard as the parish "treasures" that you would like visitors to know about.
  • What content do you / would you seek on the website if it were available? Check all that apply.

PART 2. REACH OUT TO POTENTIAL VISITORS:
Organizational Development and Web Design

Solving Parish Problems

  • Reach more audiences for your website.
  • Bring in more visitors for Mass.
  • Create better environments for converts.
  • Increase your sense of community.

Our favorite problem to solve . . .

Example Google Map of a family of parishes.

THE PROBLEM:
From Google Maps to Missed Opportunities

  • Visitors from Google Maps click on the link → to your website.
  • Parish websites are the public-facing “front door” from Google Maps.
  • You compete with other local churches for their visit.
  • But they find your busy, cluttered, outdated website for parishioners.
  • They want to be impressed, invited, and informed about you.
  • If they do not find these → click away → missed opportunity!

OUR SOLUTION:
Two-Part Websites

This isn’t about homepage makeovers. It’s about an entirely different approach to online communications, guided by the Holy Spirit—for you.

  • Designed for multiple audiences:
    • For parishioners (Part 1. Familiar online resources—streamlined)
    • For visitors (Part 2. New marketing section with an invitation to visit for Mass).

Our parish website package is unique among Catholic web designers. The big agencies and DIY templates don't do this.

WORK WITH US:
Project Scopes for Diverse Needs

FAQs

Yes, we work with all of those kinds of Catholic parishes. Every client gets a custom-designed website with a theme and images that feature the best of you and your unique identity.

Every parish is different, though all parishes can benefit from having an online Front Door (Part 2) that invites visitors to show up for Mass. Contact us to schedule a consultation to discuss your parish or family. We will define the scope together based on your needs.

Every project is different and so our proposals are tailored to your needs. A basic Front Door website starts at around $8000. Websites that use our packages are priced for your project, with no hidden fees.

We give volume discounts to families of parishes. Families can purchase one or two websites at a time, but with a smaller discount.

At contract signing, 50% of the package price is due. The final 50% is due at launch.

After your website is launched, the monthly web hosting, security, and maintenance fee is $69/month per website (URL).

In autumn 2026, our lead time is less than 2 weeks. A website can take as little as 3 weeks to design and build.

The actual timing, however, depends upon several factors and people: project size; client delay in providing the content; delays in emails, meetings, and feedback; exploration; design changes; and scheduling the photography and videography.

Considering these factors, we aim to finish all projects within 3 months of signing the contracts.

We serve Catholic parishes and families of parishes anywhere in the U.S. We are based in Buffalo, NY.

Don’t just take my word for it

Sandra Ham did a fantastic job of redesigning our website! Although she made a lot of changes to the style and content, the end result still felt familiar like St. Alban’s home. The new home page is short and sweet and so beautiful with the new custom graphics! I definitely recommend her!

What a beautiful website for St. Alban's! I usually attend the Latin Mass and would certainly want to check out any parish that Sandi works on. Her blog post is deep into vaguely familiar traditions that my parents talked about, but good food for thought and discussion. Love the quizzes!! I recommend working with Sandi!
