FAQs

No problem, we will guide you using good practice for small business websites. In Sandra's consulting experience, she has encountered many clients who needed help figuring out what they wanted. We will have conversations to develop and clarify how your website can serve you best for attracting new business. Along the way during the project, she'll suggest options that will work.

Great, knowing what you want can make the project easier and quicker. Sandra will review your proposal and advise you on gaps compared with current good practice for small business websites. You can show her your inspirations and model websites, and she will build the site you want—maybe even better than you expected!

Every project is different and so our proposals are tailored to your needs. A 5-page website with a clear, solid idea about your goals starts at around $4000. Websites that use our packages are priced for your project, with no hidden fees.

At contract signing, 50% of the package price is due. The final 50% is due at launch.

After your website is launched, the monthly web hosting, security, and maintenance fee is $59/month per website.

Yes, we guarantee that you will be satisfied or we will work to make you happy. Sandra has over 30 years of experience making customers happy in tech support and consulting in government, academia, and industry.

In summer 2026, our lead time is less than 2 weeks. A website can take as little as 2 weeks to design and build.

The actual timing, however, depends upon several factors and people: project size; consulting time to help clarify client needs and desires; client delay in providing the content; delays in emails, meetings, and feedback; exploration; design changes; time needed to address the punch lists; and scheduling the photography and videography.

Considering these factors, we aim to finish all projects within 3 months of signing the contracts.

We serve small businesses anywhere in the U.S. We are based in Buffalo, NY.
